This is my first review for Lifetime Bath and Shower - Denver. This is going to be my first initial review as this is the first step of getting my bathroom/shower remodeling starts. For my first initial review - I am giving a 10/10 to Fred Valdez, Design Consultant at Lifetime Bath and Shower.Ok, let's start with scheduling for my estimate: Scheduling the appointment for an estimate was very easy and very convenient. I requested them to text me prior to calling so I know to answer the phone as I get tons of spam phone calls a day! I received a call from Lifetime Bath and Shower on Dec 17, 2022, and I was able to get my designer consultant, Fred Valdez, to do the estimate on Dec 19, 2022, on site at 5pm on a weekday. I was advised that that estimate/quote process will take about 60-90 minutes and it took about 2 hours from start to finish (Because I have so many questions). Fred was very knowledgeable as I know nothing about remodeling (Between bathtub to bathtub or bathtub to shower) and he doesn't make me feel rushed when I asked many questions. Before Fred begins with his process, he showed me how Lifetime Bath and Shower provides Lifetime Warranty for customers and there will be no surprises throughout the remodeling phrases. He then takes his time explaining how the products at Lifetime Bath and Shower are different than other competitors. He showed me other company's bids which make it easy for customer like me to do a comparison in price and warranty. Fred confirmed that Lifetime is providing the good quality with the price that customer will no longer have to fix if the product gets damaged, and that the parts and labor are 100% under their warranty! (This is what sold me!). I took couple of days to do my own research to compare the prices with other companies and then I gave Fred a call again if he can offer me a lower price. Note: I decided to remodel my bathtub and the walls only - keeping my cabinet, toilet, and floor as is, Fred came to my house again on December 22, 2022, to go over the prices, timeline, etc. This process takes about 1.5 hours as I tried to negotiate on the pricing. After the negotiate back and forth with Fred and his Project Manager, Ryan Stachon, the total discounted price came to $11,700 including a vacation; either a week on a cruise or a hotel resort (I am still waiting for the vacation company to give me a call though). The price has already included Fred's personal discount of $500 to help me cover taxes and my original budget was $10,000. I then signed the contract with Fred. Note: If there was no holiday discount offered plus Fred's discount (I believe this comes out from his pocket!), the total for this project would be $16,881). I was advised that this is the lowest price they can offer, and yes, I will be paying cash. The payments break into three payments. The first payment was 50%, another 25% will occur during the process, and the final 25% will occur after the project completes. Today, December 28, 2022, Ryan Stachon stopped by to perform the final measurement for my bathroom which took less than 10 minutes. Ryan provided some information that it will probably take about a month to get all the parts so expecting to be the end of January 2023 or early February 2023. After Lifetime Bath and Shower received the products for the project, they will give me a call to setup a date for installment. I was advised that the installation should take between 3-5 days.Overall experience with Lifetime Bath and Shower - I highly recommend Fred Valdez to be your design consultant.I will be writing more reviews on this project so don't forget the follow more of my reviews for during the process and after the project complete! I will try to be as detailed as possible and I hope my review will help others make decision for remodeling their bathroom!
