Junior Marketing Analyst
As a Jr. Marketing Analyst, you will help implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day, the Jr. Marketing Analyst will draft reports, track campaign results, manage data and otherwise support all marketing strategies. This position will report to the Corporate Marketing Director.
Primary job tasks and responsibilities include:
· Generate monthly call reports & PFP reports to send to print partners
· Track and manage lead aggregators
· Update ad performance reports
· Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff.
· Support and manage our CRM platform
· Perform competitor research and ad tracking
· Analyzing data, thinking creatively, and designing innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible.
· Support Marketing Director with various departmental projects and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-2 years Marketing experience
· Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, Excel a plus
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Installation Manager
Salary Range
$65,000-$75,000
Responsibilities
The Roof & Solar Installation Manager plays a vital role in the success of our company. The Installation Manager is responsible for the oversight of field operations. The Installation Manager will be responsible for site visits of three to four projects per day. The Installation Manager will check in with the crews to ensure the project is running smoothly and resolve any issues that arise.
Essential Functions and Duties
Manage Field Project Manager to complete jobs
• Reviewing the scope of work prior to the job to ensure that materials are properly ordered
• Meeting with homeowners to provide excellent customer service and explain all expectations associated with the roofing project
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers through the completion of the build
• Directly managing and overseeing roofing crews and providing them with detailed instructions pertaining to each project to ensure jobs are completed on time, per the scope of work, and to the highest standard
• Managing material inventory on each project to ensure all needed materials are correctly stocked by the distributor and any missing items are acquired in a timely fashion
• Completing documentation pertaining to each individual project: change orders, project photos, material overages/shortages
• Permitting & Inspections
• Handling the oversight and completion of repair orders
• Become an expert in all aspects of roofing and solar roofing
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
• Eager and willingness to learn and improve including the willingness to utilize technology
• Construction or handyman experience a must, roofing experience preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish highly preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Not afraid of heights (you would be climbing up/down ladders and on roofs)
• Self-motivated, able to take project ownership and initiative; with the ability to manage/delegate your own workload effectively and multitask.
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills

Marketing And Project Manager
Salary Range

Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing efforts for all products in our Dallas
business. The responsibilities include planning and executing all events, initiating all go-to-market campaigns, and
building relationships with local media and community partners to improve brand awareness.
Essential Functions and Duties
Forecast, drive, and manage lead inquiries, event performance, and sales.
● Plan and lead new projects. Build the budget, manage the spend, meet deadlines, and review ROI
analytics.
● Initiate all go-to-market activities and campaigns like scouting media and marketing opportunities,
meeting with local vendors and potential partners.
● Maximize brand awareness and loyalty by cultivating and maintaining relationships with local media
and influential professionals.
● Identify, book, and staff appropriate events for lead generation and promotion of the Lifetime family of
brands (Windows, Siding, Doors, and Bath).
● Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time, within budget,
and produce expected ROI.
● Establish Lifetime as a responsible and progressive leader in the industry with appreciation and support
of local nonprofits and communities served.
● Advise on a philanthropic giving strategy in the local market.
● Identify relationship building opportunities with community partners.
● Create content for local marketing campaigns as needed.
● Administrate hiring and training canvass and event staff, as needed.
■ Attend events when additional coverage is needed.
■ Coordinate purchase and monitor stocking levels of show/event giveaways, handouts,
and swag.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of marketing manager experience.
• Exception analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects and project systems (like Asana) across teams.
• Agile, quick-thinking, multi-tasker who can pivot between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting expectations
and goals.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and excellent in handling projects and
communication.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as a minimum.
• Strong writer with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
