I’m loving my new windows. Lifetime were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive window we looked at. We were a little worried about switching from our old casement windows to their sliding window because casements are supposed to be better in wind, but not to worry. We recently had winds that blew down trees in our neighborhood and the windows did great! No leaking at all. The upgraded screens are great too – so clear!
After we had the windows for a couple months, one of the panes shattered. We are not sure why, but it didn’t matter. They replaced the window (no questions asked – just had to send photos of the window).
Gabe and Darian who came out today to replace the broken glass were great. I asked them to wear masks in the house (someone in the house has health issues) and they graciously complied. They worked finished the job cleanly and quickly (they could have been quicker if they hadn’t stopped to play with my dog 🙂 ) Thanks for the beautiful windows!
Customer service is top notch. I had some wind damage to my roof and Denis came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He was prompt, engaging, attentive and answered all of the questions I had regarding insurance and financing. I opted to go the repair route for now (for insurance reasons only) but will be replacing my roof in the next few years and calling Lifetime Roof & Solar to do the job.

We had a new roof put on our house with Lifetime and we cannot say enough about how great this company was to work with. Alex was so very helpful. From the beginning we we filed a claim, all through the insurance process and to the end when it was finished. The crew came early and finished the entire project in one day. Everything was cleaned up at the end and the work was fabulous. We would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
I had such an incredible experience with Alex! He was my project manager from start to finish and went out of his way to explain every step of the process from beginning to end. He has such a nice, easy going attitude and you can tell that he is very experienced in the roofing industry. He always told me straight up whether he recommended something and made the process very smooth. I'm a person who has A LOT of questions and he was always very patient in answering all of them for me and was very thorough.
