Customer service is top notch. I had some wind damage to my roof and Denis came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He was prompt, engaging, attentive and answered all of the questions I had regarding insurance and financing. I opted to go the repair route for now (for insurance reasons only) but will be replacing my roof in the next few years and calling Lifetime Roof & Solar to do the job.
I had such an incredible experience with Alex! He was my project manager from start to finish and went out of his way to explain every step of the process from beginning to end. He has such a nice, easy going attitude and you can tell that he is very experienced in the roofing industry. He always told me straight up whether he recommended something and made the process very smooth. Someone recommended Lifetime roof & Solar to me for the replacement of our roof. I contacted them and a few days later met Brian Z from Colorado Springs branch. He was very professional and provided us with excellent information and options. He made some suggestions as well that we found them very helpful. We decided to proceed with this company and everything went as expected and scheduled. Brian kept me posted of the installation and delivery dates. The guys came to work seemed highly experienced guys and were managed by Brian to complete the installation in one day. Brian was very responsive and asked me about details such as installed dishes on the roof and how they should handle them. He kept me posted with some photos of the work progress. Overall, I am very pleased of the service and quality.
We had hail damage on the house and extra garage. Lifetime Roof and Solar were very fast to inspect the damage and get us a quote and we're there with the insurance adjuster. Could not be more happy with our experience with Lifetime. We had our roof replaced due to hail damage and throughout the whole process the entire team was great to work with. They were super responsive and attentive to all of our concerns, and just made the entire process much easier than we expected. We were very pleased with the turnaround time—the entire project was completed within two weeks of our initial meeting. Overall, a very professional team that I would recommend to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repair.
Top notch company! We were referred to them by our neighbors to fix hail damage on our roof, replace gutters and redo our decks. Don came out the next day and brought color samples for everything and within 2 weeks the entire project was complete. We had one little hiccup with the refinishing of the deck and it was resolved within 24 hours and looks perfect. Don was at our home during most of the time the work was being done and was extremely easy to contact with any questions we had and to make sure we were happy with the progress. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again if we ever need to. Thanks!!!
Jeff and his crew was awesome to work with. I have a large house with a complex roof and his crew stripped the old roof and installed a new one in only one day. They were cleaning up at 8:30 at night. The gutters look great and also went up very quickly. I couldn't be happier with Lifetime Roof and Solar and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
